Two-Michelin-starred Japanese chef Takagi Kazuo showcased the Kyo-ryori style, rooted in traditional Kyoto cuisine, at Arycanda and Sidemarin Kirman Premium. As the owner of “Kyoto Cuisine Takagi” in Ashiya, Chef Takagi delighted our guests with elegant, seasonal Japanese flavors. He also held a private session with our culinary team, sharing the deep techniques and presentation philosophy of Japanese gastronomy.

Tristan Brandt, one of Germany’s youngest chefs to receive two Michelin stars and a pioneer of modernized French cuisine, crafted an unforgettable dinner menu at Leodikya Kirman Premium. Known for his restaurant “Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt” in Miami, he also conducted an interactive workshop with our culinary team focused on high-standard presentation and menu planning.
