• We require our suppliers to carry out all their activities in accordance with legal regulations, ethical rules, and fair trade principles, and we cooperate with them in this direction.
• We accept respect for human rights, fair working conditions, and occupational health and safety practices as fundamental requirements.
• We strictly prohibit child labour, forced labour, and unethical practices.
Quality and Reliability
• We ensure that all products and services are of a quality that supports our brand’s quality vision.
• We require our suppliers to comply with the highest standards in food safety and hygiene and request the necessary certifications.
• We expect all materials and equipment used to comply with national and international norms.

Compliance with International Standards – ISO 20400

• We implement all updates in a holistic manner that covers all our hotel locations.
