Conditions of the campaign

1. Duration

• The promotion is valid from February 1, 2025 to February 28, 2025.

• After the period has expired, the promotion ends automatically.

 

2. Details of the campaign

• For bookings made through Kirman Premium Call Center, a 500 TL discount will be credited to the customer's credit cards the next day of the transaction in case of a single withdrawal and a minimum spend of 5,000 TL.

• POS-BKMID used in Kirman Premium Call Center will be shared by Kirman Premium with VakıfBank. Only expenses made at the POS will be reimbursed within the scope of the campaign.

• To receive a discount, customers must participate in the campaign via “Cepte Kazan” on “VakıfBank Mobil” prior to incurring the expense.

 

3. Booking details of the campaign

• The discount will be credited to the credit cards of customers the next day after the transaction if they meet the promotion conditions.

• At the end of the month, VakıfBank sends a reconciliation to Kirman Premium showing the number of customers who received a discount within the scope of the promotion. The process will be completed once this agreement is approved by Kirman Premium.

 

 

Cost Sharing

1. Cost breakdown:

The campaign expenses will be shared, 50% will be covered by VakıfBank and 50% by Kirman Premium.

 

2. Cost recording process:

a. Daily calculations:

The campaign costs are calculated daily from the account associated with the partner company through which the expenses are incurred and are automatically debited by the bank.

There is no contractual or invoicing process for collecting the costs as part of the campaign.

 

b. Refund/Cancellation:

Returns and cancellations of realized sales are determined at VakıfBank ATMs and deposited into the Kirman Premium Account via the Kirman Premium member’s business number provided to VakıfBank.

The discount is immediately deducted and reflected on the customer card the next day after the transaction.

Without the need for a contract, an amount of 250 TL is automatically deducted from the Kirman Premium account for each transaction, representing a 50% share based on the account linked to the member company through which the expenditure is processed.

The process of collecting the expenses from your account is carried out by deducting the amount corresponding to the expenses incurred as a result of the promotion from the amounts deposited in your account on a daily basis.

If a purchase is returned or cancelled, the amount corresponding to the promotional expenses incurred is added daily to your account balance along with the refunded amount.

 

Deductions and refunds for the relevant amounts are reflected on the Kirman Premium statements.
